Our company, whose foundations were laid in 1978 as a
body shop in Adana, was founded by the Özçete family.
1985
Özçete Otomotiv, which started operating in the retail
sector in 1985, also acquired the spare parts sales dealership
for Ford vehicles of Otosan Inc.
1997
As a result of these successful years, our company acquired
the Karsan dealership in 1997 and moved from the Ford vehicle
group to the Karsan vehicle group.
1999
Our company started operating in the After Market in 1999
and started selling spare parts for the developing vehicle
group of the Turkish automobile spare parts market such as
Fiat, Renault, Opel, Volkswagen, Mercedes and BMW.
2000
With the merger decision of Karsan and Peugeot in 2000, our
company became the “Peugeot Automotive Marketing Inc
Spare Parts Dealer”. This new structuring has been a turning
point for our company.
2005
We moved to our large warehouse in Adana, where we currently
operate.
2008
Our Foreign Trade Company, Frow, was established.
2010
Growth began in our supply department and agreements
were made with new insurance companies.
2013
Our Globalone partnership has started.
2014
Öztek Peugeot Çekmeköy Branch was opened.
2015
Our insurance company, Özçete Sigorta, was established.
2016
Öztek Adana second hand sales have started.
2017
-Our Globalone agreement was put into effect.
-Öztek Peugeot Kartal branch was opened
2019
– Our Istanbul distribution warehouse came into operation
and we moved to our new management building.
– Composite Platform was established.
– Öztek Opel Çekmeköy was opened.
– Öztek Citroen Kartal was opened.
– Öztek Peugeot Adana was opened.
